I have many ideas of things I'd like to do with property rather than just a buy and hold. I am seriously looking for a mentor of some description who can help me with some decision making processes for the development of my existing property (as I can see so many options there) and also for making the next move and getting something else happening. If you do not do anything like this, then if you can point me in the direction of someone who might be in a position to help I would be very interested.
